Standard home delivery for one pair: 3€20
Standard home delivery for 2 pairs and + : 5€
- Processing: 2–4 business days (no shipping on weekends)

  Europe & UK: ~2–7 business days
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can follow its delivery. All orders are shipped through our carrier and are fully trackable using the tracking link we send you. You can contact them directly if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
If your package can’t be delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier first. If you still need help, you can always reach out to our customer care team through our contact form.
Please note: POOM cannot be held responsible for delays if the carrier has attempted delivery multiple times and you were unavailable. If your order is returned to our warehouse, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, socks are considered intimate products and can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging, unworn and unopened.
- If your socks are still sealed, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- If the product has been opened or worn, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is due to an error from POOM
To request a return, please contact us via our contact form. Be sure to include your order date and number. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label to print and attach to the original box.

We offer a one-size-fits-most sock, thanks to our premium stretch-knit design.
- Machine wash 30°C, with like colors, and inside out to protect the grip.
- Air dry flat for best longevity
They are made in our manufacture in Nothern Portugal, from premium Oeko-Tex certified cotton
80% Cotton - 18% Polyamide - 2% Elastane
